The GDDS is an evolutionary system reflecting changing needs of data users over time. Current operational features of the GDDS are as established in 1997 and amended by the IMF's Executive Board in March 2000, November 2001, November 2003 and November 2005. Individual country presentations reflect the current features of the GDDS, as discussed in What is the GDDS?. It is expected that, as individual country presentations are updated (at least annually), any enhancements introduced to the system will be incorporated.
