The Data: Coverage, Periodicity, and Timeliness
Coverage characteristics	5.1.1 Statistical presentation International Reserves The data published correspond to Reserve Assets. The data are expressed in millions of U.S. dollars Foreign Currency Liquidity Data are compiled according to The Operational Guidelines for the Data Template on International Reserves and Foreign Currency Liquidity of the IMF (2001).
Periodicity	4.1.1 Periodicity Daily for reserve assets; monthly for the template.
Timeliness	4.1.2 Timeliness Reserve assets: the following business day; Foreign currency liquidity template: one month after the end of the reference month.
Access by the Public
Advance dissemination of release calendar	5.1.3 Advance release calendar An advance release calendar that provides a quarter-ahead precise release date is published on the Central Bank of Uruguay's Internet website (http://www.bcu.gub.uy).
Simultaneous release to all interested parties	5.1.4 Simultaneous release The data are released simultaneously to all users via the Central Bank's website.
Integrity
Dissemination of terms and conditions under which official statistics are produced, including those relating to the confidentiality of individually identifiable information	0.1.1 Responsibility for collecting, processing, and disseminating statistics Central Bank of Uruguay The Organic Charter of the BCU (Law 16696 of 3/30/95)  authorizes the BCU to compel the provision (for statistical purposes) of the full range of information needed for it to discharge its duties and responsibilities. 0.1.3 Confidentiality of individual reporters' data Central Bank of Uruguay The information submitted to the BCU is subject to administrative secrecy requirements and is treated on a strictly confidential basis. 1.2.1 Disclosure of terms and conditions for statistical collection, processing, and dissemination Central Bank of Uruguay The Organic Charter of the BCU (Law 16696 of 3/30/95) is available on the BCU's webpage (http://www.bcu.gub.uy), the Law is published only in Spanish.
Identification of internal government access to data before release	1.2.2 Internal governmental access to statistics prior to release The data are provided to the President of the Central Bank prior to release. No one outside the Central Bank has access to the data before publication.
Identification of ministerial commentary on the occasion of statistical releases	1.2.3 Attribution of statistical products No ministerial commentary is added to the data released.
Provision of information about revision and advance notice of major changes in methodology	4.3.1 Revision schedule Data are final at first released. In the event preliminary data are published, the preliminary nature of the data is explained in a note. 1.2.4 Advance notice of major changes in methodology, source data, and statistical techniques. Methodological changes, when they occur, are explained in notes to the headings concerned.
